Gentle pressing and de-stemming of the grapes with fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature with maceration of the grapes for 15 days. During fermentation, frequent punching down and pumping over were carried out. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of the wine matures in 20 hl large oak barrels and the remaining 50% in 228 lt French oak.
