Grape: 100% Cabernet Franc
Dark ruby color, clear and brilliant. The nose gives fresh and complex aromas of red fruits (cherry and blackcurrant) and spices (pepper, cloves and fresh mint). On the palate, the tannins are supple and generous. Beautiful rich, harmonious and balanced finish. He likes grilled meats and certain fish in sauce.
