Grapes: Semillion 65%, Sauvignon Blanc 25%
A dry white produced by Sauternes producers Château Guiraud, this is fragrant and attractive. Vibrant white stone fruit notes arise from the glass and are carried onto the palate, where they are joined by a touch of citrus zest and a nervy minerality. Crisp, refreshing and beautifully poised.
