Grape: 100% Chardonnay

light yellow Extra Brut with light green reflections. The aroma is elegant and characterised by fine fruity notes reminiscent of fresh apple and citrus notes. These are complemented by hints of fresh brioche, white chocolate, hazelnut and a hint of white flowers in the background. A mesmerising and pronounced mousseux on the palate, as well as an interplay of flavours that repeats the components underpinning the aroma. A pleasant finish with good length characterises this wine.
