The color of this extra brut vintage from Bouché is straw yellow with golden highlights. The nose is buttery with notes of citrus and cooked fruit. The palate is lively and ample with a nice tangy finish. A champagne that can go wonderfully with foie gras.

Ageing in oak 18 months. Dosage 5gr/L. Bottle ageing 10 years.
