Beaujolais Nouveau & Cooking Masterclass
Celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day with cooking masterclass and 2023 vintage Beaujolais tasting.
Beaujolais Nouveau is marked in France on the thursday Thursday in November. We meet each other at DGJ Culinary school (5 Ilo Mosashvili) Our founder Zaza Kassachvili will lead the cooking masterclass. The main dish of the day is Beauf Bourguignon. This is a recipe where you want to take your time cooking it, drinking glass of Beaujolais wine or two, while prepearing it and show it a lot of love. While beef is cooked you will cook Seviche – a tangy mixture of seafood, marinated in citrus and seasonings. Once the food is ready thats when the real celebration begins. You will move to Sasmely wine shop where your party will continue with other Burgundian wines we leave as a surprise for you.
